Owners can list lands for Layout Development, Apartment / Villa / House Development, or Commercial Projects.

Service charges apply per property, and interested Developers will connect with you directly.

No. All payments are completely non-refundable & non-transferable. If sellers/agents provide false details, their account will be blocked but no refund will be given.

Once we receive all details (photos, video, property size, location pin, documents), your property will be verified and listed within 48 hours. After successful service charge payment, your listing will be LIVE the same day or next day.

• Owners: 5 Photos, 1 Video, Land Boundary, Name, Phone, Extent & Price, Google Location Link.
• Agents: 5 Photos, Extent & Price, Pin nearby land location, Name, Phone, Google Location Link.

Any fake, misleading, or disputed listing will be removed immediately. The related account will be permanently blocked. Payments remain non-refundable.

If a Seller/Agent consistently ignores users' calls or queries, or responds in an unprofessional manner, their account may be permanently blocked to protect user trust and our firm's integrity.

Sellers/Agents must inform us immediately once a property is sold. We will move it to the 'Sold Out' list to maintain our platform'scredibility.

For transparency and trust, the yland.in team may occasionally call as Buyers to cross-check property details. This process helps maintain our credibility and ensures customer confidence in the platform.
