Service Charges
  • Plots (30-4800 sq.yds, single bit): ₹ 1,000
  • Agriculture Land:

    • 3+ acres (single bit, up to 100 acres) ₹ 3,000 only

Important: Listings valid for limited time. Fake/dispute removed. Owners get boundary overlay; agents get nearby pin only.
