• To verify payments and maintain records as required by law.
• To secure the platform and prevent misuse or fraud.

3) Sharing

• We do not sell your data or transfer it for advertising.
• We may share limited information with service providers (e.g., hosting, communication, UPI apps) only when necessary to provide the service, or when legally required.

4) Data retention & security

• Listing and payment records are retained only as long as needed for legal or operational purposes, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
• Content shared over external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) is subject to their own policies.

5) Rights & Editing Policy

• Editing not allowed after publish. Once a property is published, changes are not permitted. If you need corrections or updates, first request removal of the existing listing and then re-submit a new listing with the corrected details. This rule ensures verification integrity, data accuracy, and fraud prevention.
