Refund Policy

yland.in is a digital listing platform. We charge a service fee only for platform services (review, publish, display, outreach). We are not involved in sales, negotiations, or legal transactions.

1) Strictly Non-Refundable

  • All service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds are issued under any circumstance.
  • The fee is not linked to property value or sale outcome; it covers platform services only.

2) What your payment covers

  • Listing review and publishing
  • Each listing is visible on the platform for 90 days from the publish date.
  • Basic outreach/visibility tools

3) No edits / Relist policy

  • Once a listing goes live it cannot be edited. For any change, create a new listing with a fresh service fee.
  • After 90 days, relisting requires a new service fee.

4) Fake or disputed listings

  • Any false, misleading, duplicate, or disputed listing may be removed immediately; the related account may be permanently blocked.
  • Fees are not refundable in such cases.

5) Payment proof & support

  • After payment, please send your payment screenshot or receipt link on WhatsApp: +91 93906 31886.
  • We will verify the proof and update the listing status.

Note: This policy applies to our platform services only. All purchases, agreements, and payments between Buyers and Sellers are outside our scope.
