Listing Validity

Each property listing is active for 90 days. After expiry, a new service charge must be paid to relist.

Editing Policy

Once listed, property details cannot be edited. For corrections or updates, a new listing must be created with a fresh service charge.

Service Charges

All service charges are non-refundable and apply per listing. Charges vary depending on property type and size. Payments are collected only for platform services and are not linked to property value or sale outcome.

Fraudulent Listings

Any false, misleading, or disputed listings will be removed immediately. Accounts may be permanently blocked without refund, and repeated offenders may face legal action.

Buyer-Seller Dealings

All communications, visits, agreements, and payments happen directly between Buyers and Sellers. yland.in has no role in legal or financial transactions.

Platform Rights

yland.in reserves the right to remove listings, block accounts, or update rules at any time to protect our platform's integrity.
